The hotel provides good service and regular cleaning, although I could hear banging and feel shakes in the room, which created a bit of claustrophobia. I had a fine stay at Ibis with very good and excellent hospitality from the staff. The room was clean with basic amenities, although there was an issue with water leaking in my room 121. I hope to come back here in the future. Happy New Year!

However, there were no toiletries provided, and the shampoo container in the shower was empty, which could have been checked by housekeeping beforehand. Overall, it was a nice experience.
